Shipping Policy
Scope: We ship electronics to customers in the U.S. mainland (excluding California and New York). We do not accept orders or ship to any address in California or New York. Any orders with shipping addresses in these states will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Shipping Origins and Carriers
All products are shipped directly from our suppliers or warehouses, primarily located in China (with occasional shipments from U.S. warehouses). We partner with various international and domestic carriers to deliver your order. The shipping method used will depend on the product and its origin.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is mostly free for our customers. However, some items (for example, bulky or expedited products) may incur a shipping fee. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is up to 4 weeks (about 28 days) from the date your order ships. This is a standard estimate and actual delivery may be faster or slower. Delivery estimates do not account for potential delays; during peak seasons or unexpected events (such as high demand or supply chain issues), shipping may take longer than 4 weeks. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Tracking Information
Some shipments include tracking numbers, but tracking is not guaranteed for all orders (particularly economy shipments from overseas suppliers). If tracking information is available for your order, we will provide it via email once your order has shipped. If your shipment does not include a tracking number, please allow the full delivery period (up to 4 weeks) and then contact us if your order has not arrived.
Customs, Delays, and Liability
Because products ship internationally, shipments may be held up by customs inspections, duties, or other import/export requirements. Qletric.com is not responsible for any delays, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by customs or government agencies. Once we hand the package to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the carrier’s responsibility. We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they leave our control. We are also not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

Refund & Return Policy
At Qletric.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the terms below regarding refunds and returns.
Return Eligibility
We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect (for example, wrong model or wrong item). We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items returned due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or other non-product-related reasons.
Return Window
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. The delivery date is determined by tracking information. Return requests made after this 14-day window will not be accepted.
Item Condition
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and parts included. If the item has been used, altered, damaged, or is missing parts or original packaging, we reserve the right to deny the return.
Return Request Process
Before returning any item, you must contact Qletric.com’s customer service with your order details and photos showing the defect or damage. Do not send the item back without a return authorization. We will review the information you provide and may request additional evidence (such as more photos). Our team will notify you if your return is approved and will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized by Qletric.com in advance. Returns are approved at our sole discretion. If we do not authorize your return request, we will not accept the item for return. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or returned to you at your expense.
Return Shipping Costs
Most returns are free of charge. Customers may, however, be responsible for return shipping costs for certain items. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when returning items, as we cannot assume liability for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund of the purchase price after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will exclude shipping and handling charges if there were any. Please allow several business days after inspection for the refund to be processed. Shipping and handling fees (including the original shipping charge) are non-refundable.
